Millerton Community Park
Townscape has played a major role in helping the village manage and fundraise for the renovation of Eddie Collins Memorial Park, Millerton’s community park. Phase 1 was completed in October 2022 and includes two new basketball courts; a new soccer field; a resurfaced, handicap accessible playground with new paved walkways; parking spaces for 100 cars with an accessible walkway to the refurbished Little League field; flowering trees, shade trees, benches, and upgraded toilets. Townscape contributed to the plantings during Phase I revitalization.
Fundraising has begun for Phase 2: the long awaited swimming pool and pool house.
